I can get the napkins and silverware.  Any suggestions as to how much of each?  Non refrigerated items are easy to transport.

I'm just going to assume 250 or so of each plasticware myself, stuffs cheap and returnable easily, then a baggillion napkins, as I am bringing my brother and he will need them.
