Y do people wait to be surrounded by innocent by-standers to shoot someone. This is not in no way intelligent even for a criminal. If u shoot someone ur going to get caught!! In todays society most shooters don't kill so their 1st charge is felonious assault or attempted murder. 2nd charge when shooting in the city is discharging weapon within city limits, 3rd charged is ccw( carrying concealed weapon). After u get charged with all that prosecution can then charge u with the endangerment of the public around u at the time of the incident. The problem in today's society is not the gun thats used to shoot or the dog thats trained for a certain purpose.... The problem is uneducated people who are to lazy to think for themselves.
