I am buying a handgun from a private owner in Kentucky. Can he send this shipped thru the post office to a FFL dealer in Mi or does a FFL dealer in KY. have to send it to a FFL in MI. My FFL here in Mi. will accept it either way.
I have been told that it can be done but the post office in B.G. Ky will not accept it for shipment.
Is there a form that I'm missing or something.
