My wife is having surgery so we will be visiting MCRMC. Has anyone had any experience OC'ing there? With a CPL of course. Their website offers no info on what the prohibit other than smoking

You need to find out if they are publicly or privately owned.  If public they shouldn't be able to prohibit OC w/CPL (but they may not know that), if private they can set their own rules.

I've never tried to carry there, but they do block gun related websites on their free Wi-Fi.

What purpose could this possibly serve that's medically related?!

Their service is that bad, apparently; they don't want patients to get any ideas while waiting endlessly in the lobby...

What's next? Next thing you know they'll ban cell phones and say it is for patient safety.

What excuse will they have for that? It interferes with their machinery?

That or HIPAA.  The thinking being that most cell phones have cameras now.
