I am having an issue logging in with Tapatalk. Has anyone had any issues with this? It keeps telling me that my password is incorrect. I can get it to work with OCDO but not here.

Any input?

To log in with tapatalk here you have to use your screen name and not your email address.

What is the advantage of Tapatalk over just accessing the site on a smartphone?

Tapatalk is an app that talks to the server via an http/XML driven web service. The traffic footprint is much thinner in the way (read: faster access). Not to mention, the browsing is just nicer, IMHO. It's well worth paying a couple bucks for the full version, like I'm using now.

Less pinching, tapping and swiping of the fingers to view the forum. Makes it much easier to navigate and use.

Plus, it works on OCDO too with nearly the identical interface.

Is there a way to block the " sent from ................................................................" part of posts with tapatalk?

I understand that and thankfully most people do erase it, I am asking if can I not have to see it over and over. It was cool for about a day when tapatalk came out, not so much so anymore.

Unfortunately, it basically works like a sig line.  It is part of the actual post, not something additional.  There is no way to filter it out - it is just like the person typed it at the bottom of each post.

On the iPhone when you buy the full version of Tapatalk (only costs a few bucks), that annoyance goes away....
