Interesting forum recent CPL holder. Sounds to me like going either OC or CC can be done simultaneously although there are different rules for both. Am i correct?

You are correct. If you OC and CC at the same time you are restricted by the places in 28.425o. If you're just open carrying the places lists on 28.425o don't apply, if you have a CPL (theoretically, by a plain text reading o the law).

This is a great point.  I sometimes carry a BUG, and when I do it is always concealed, even when my primary is open.  Now I need to rethink this.  I think Commander Iceman has it right. OC two handguns.

Welcome Jetmech67....I think we may work at the same place.  Based on your forum name and being located in Battle Creek I'd guess we work at the same place.

That's what I get for working weekends.  I've been at it like this for almost 12 years so I'm used to missing out on stuff by now.

It's not so much that he traded his 1911 but he traded it for a filthy Glock.  That's like trading a Porterhouse steak for a cat turd.
