Man there is no fixing stupid. This thug was lucky the victim let him off as easy as he did. You come at most legally armed citizens with a deadly weapon (in this case a knife) more than not you are leaving in a body bag complete with a toe tag! :o

SOLON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - A Kent County man is being charged with ethnic intimidation after he allegedly assaulted a man in a store.

WTF is "ethnic intimidation"?

Pierson has now been charged with felonious assault, carrying a concealed weapon and ethnic intimidation -- a two-year felony.

CCW this is a five-year felony all on its own.

According to the felony complaint, if Pierson is convicted of carrying a concealed weapon, he could serve life in prison because of the habitual offender enhancement.

I work in this area there is a big backwoods mentality, generaly fuled by whatever. This particular store has ben a source of contention out in the middle of nowhere for a long time.
