Good holster
« on: February 09, 2012, 05:04:03 PM »
Hey everyone, I am wondering if anyone can recommend a good holster for a Springfield XDm 3.8 compact .40 cal.  I got a leather one from Galco at the recommendation from the place I bought the gun but i don't like the way it sits in the holster.  Any recommendations would be great.

Thanks

CC or OC?

OC -- go with the Safariland ALS 6378.

I love my XDm. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the backstrap safety -- but a rubber band takes care of that.

A bit of a drive from Howell. Probably best bet is to order online.

Glocks suck so badly that safariland is too embarassed to admit they make a holster for that cat turd.

Look at optics planet I looked quickly and see that Safariland 6378 ALS Paddle Holster - STX Plain Black, Right Hand 6378-283-411 was the first one on the list. $29.89 They have other models (left hand and different finishs) also. Usually orders over 40.00 ship free from that place.

I used   Safariland 6378 Glock 19   as my search terms on their site.
