Guy uses a post on arfcom that is several years old to determine he can CC in NYC?!?!?

Come on. Even I'm not that stupid.

New York DOES NOT recognize any other states' concealed weapons permits at all.

Good point Pat!  That is a great site.

I mean if you followed the Plaxico Burris thing you should know better than to carry in NYC...

There are plenty of cases that illustrate the extremely restrictive gun laws of New York. Recently one of the TeaBaggers Party chairmen was arrested in the airport for declaring his lawfully checked baggage containing a firearm in accordance with federal law.
