CPL came today!

It only took a month, must be picking up the pace in the cpl office.  :D

Also had my first cpl openish carry(hoodie draped over it) in shoppers market and a fruit market. It felt soo good to get in my Jeep and not have to got to the hatch to put my pistol in back.

Congrats on your CPL.

One of the reasons I want my CPL is so that I don't have to transport it locked up and unloaded and then load/holster when I get to where I open carry

My wife and I have to go in front of the Ottawa Co gun board Thursday.  They make all new applicants appear in person.  Don't know if I will get my license then or they will mail it later but that is the next hoop for my wife and I in Ottawa Co process.

And Terminator,  that's exactly why I got mine. I have open carried with out it but it just feld awkward going to my hatch of my Jeep and such and tings like working on my Jeeps if I need to go inside them I'm technicaly breaking the law. So I just got my cpl and save the hassle.

Ya I did.not have to go infront of the board, but my brothers wife did and it came about a month afterwards.

Bullet sponge? Explain this term haha.

I only had it draped over since it was to hot to be zipped up and was odd to have an uunzipped hoodie tucked behind the pistol.

Ahh because of the hoodie partially covering it? I can see that being slightly harder to access if it was zipped up and covering it or totally concealed like the reast of the world.

Right? Haha I'm going to assume he though it was off and hanging on ghe pistol like a coat rack? Or maby a Treyvon Martin type pun? ???
