We have been told by Federal LEO that State and Local LEOs cannot, except under certain and specific circumstances, make arrests for violations of Fed. law like the GFSZA.
If the AZ immigration law had been upheld, which basically would have allowed the State(s) to enforce Fed. law if the Feds were not enforcing said law, would it have set a precedent whereby individual States could have begun to enforce the GFSZA?
