Body Armor

Guys...
where would i find the laws based around body armor and its legality?

good friend mentioned it was legal, but not if in transport with a gun in your vehicle (even if not planning to commit a crime).

so i'm curious on this topic.

Ok, cool. thanks :-)

Basically, what I'm trying to get at here is for protection at the range. So basically from what I've been able to find (i found that one MCL, the 2nd posted here I hadnt seen...) of the MCL's which is just about only those 2 listed here, its basicaly just like OC.

No Law against it (except if a felon or use in commission of a crime).

Basically comes down to... legal.

Since I cant seem to find anything in regards to transport of gun and armor together, that would be legal also.

And i'm looking at this as purely a citizen (no le, military, security, etc background).

Sorry, OP.  Yes, legal.  As long as you are not in the commission of a crime.

Just tried to point out that not only was it legal, but that some people do.

A friend is trying to trade me some military body armor for some stuff.  I am not interested.
