A decision came down today.

http://www.ca6.uscourts.gov/opinions.pdf/12a0293p-06.pdf

Looks like they affirmed -- in a published opinion.  It appears a large part of the reason they affirmed was because what was previously discussed:

* LGOC
* Tip Painted Orange
* Camo wear.

That judge must have been reading my posts. He said the exact things I said.

The guy sought attention.

The guy got the attention.

He wanted a supervisor. The cops said it would take a while. He agreed to wait. So it took 2 and a half hours. He got what he asked for. A supervisor did show up and said to let him go.

he accomplished what no other gun owner has been able to do...

Get the Brady Foundation and the 2nd Amendment Foundation to agree with each other.

FIFY.

On appeals, there is usually a panel of judged.

No great surprise there- I don't see how they could have ruled any other way.
Its not GUN rights, its HUMAN rights.

FIFY.

On appeals, there is usually a panel of judged.

But one judge, in this case Judge Sutton, writes the decision.

So my statement...

That judge must have been reading my posts. He said the exact things I said.

...didn't need any fixing.

Unless you wanted to correct the grammar and structure. So I will for you...

"The judge that wrote the opinion, Judge Sutton, must have been reading my posts here. Judge Sutton wrote the same things about the case as I."

There you go. FIFY
