This is the first I've read about this event here on the MOC forum. More people from MOC would probably show up it it wasn't a secret.

Typically, we depend on the local coordinator to post it in the events section. If they don't have moderator privileges on the sub-forum they can hit "report" and ask that their post be stickied. Hopefully our local coordinator can post it soon.

Maybe he needs an assistant deputy to help with the workload.
