One of the gun control signs in the pictures they used in the video said to "ban assualt weapons and high capacity ammo"

I've never heard of this high capacity ammo of which they speak.

They put an extra grain or two of powder in the casing so it is ultra deadly and kills innocent women and children much slower and more painful
