Audio/Video recorder (Which do you use)

What do you guys/gals use/recommend for recording encounters?  Does anyone use there phone? I saw in another forum that someone suggested something (maybe a phone app) that will automatically upload to the cloud so it could not easily be deleted.

Currently I have an old tape personal recorder or my phone that I use.

Qik (smart phone app) is good for live upload.

Also consider the Michigan 2A porcupine line. When you call the #, any audio from the call goes out to an email subscriber list when the call ends.

It's a recording service. When you call that #, anything that goes over the line is recorded and sent to an email distribution list when you hang up.

This is what I use. Audio and video. Battery only lasts about 2 hours though, so I only turn it on if I suspect trouble. Looking for a new one with more battery life.

I just got an Olympus WS-803.

Audio Only but the battery lasts over 20 hours straight. so I just turn it on when I leave the house. 8GB internal plus a slot of up to a 32GB Micro-SD.

built-in speaker or headphone jack So it can double as a player for MP3 and as just playback for recording those MOC seminars...
