Ammunition
« on: September 23, 2012, 02:10:04 PM »
I have tried Remington 95 GR and Federal ( American Eagle ) 95GR. FMJ in my 380 Walther PPKS and had trouble with both jamming. Used brass not ejecting. So if anybody could tell me what they have had the most luck with. Thanks  Tom

Are you shooting FMJ or hollow point? I had a P3AT that was a jam-o-matic with ball ammo but would run hollow point (like Hydra-Shok) fine.

Both FMJ and hollow point work well for me in my P3AT.

Is the used brass just not ejecting and or extracting?

Check out some spent casings. Check for budgeting this would indicate a chamber that was not cut right.

Check your extractor. See if it is warn or broke. Also check the spring tension on it.
