Is the gas station license to sell liquor/dor they sell liquor, beer, or wine?

I've seen very few gas stations that don't...!

Well I could not find them in the database I looked through. I know for a fact they sell it there, however as per the database they are not licensed and therefor that law you cited was irrelevent. I'll look into it more tomorrow, but thank you both for the warning.

If they are selling without a license, THEY are violating the law.
