Just a mere technicality, requiring a member to actually have dues current in order to be a member.

Exceptions should be made for the following:

michigander
zigzigziggityzooo
viperar15

I think the board should have already done this, at least for michigander.

Michigander should also be listed as a "Wounded Warrior" for sustaining gunshot injury in action while open carrying.

They are "Charter Members" whose memberships have lapsed for not paying their membership dues (like you and I have done.)

Whether you are a current up to date paying member or not... our profiles of those that are charter members should say charter members no matter what, IMO.

And I'm glad to see you back, Shaun. That's why I say, just pay your dues. You're still a Charter Member. That will never be taken away. And you can see that great improvements have been made from within the organization. You put a lot into the organization already.

we shall see how things go this coming year guys... :-)

my brother is all married off to his now wife, so all that is behind us (yes.. I got involved with all that.. close family and my only brother, so i did what most guys dread... lol)

i need to convince work to let me hire someone to work for me... then i can teach that person to do all the dirty work, so i can really do some real work and get free time again :-)

     Yes, I'd gladly have you back, even make it a paying position.  Pat will cover costs.  As for saying Charter Member, your forum profile indeed says Charter Member.  If you want it to say Charter Member in your info area of posts, you will have to get someone into IT who enjoys custom PHP programming.  I have tried to hack the SMF code up to add that line of text but was never successful.  Or you could change your personal text, I think.
