I notice they specifically mentioned they immediately did a backup when they noticed an issue. I would prefer to rely on daily backups that happen whether I notice a problem or not, lol.
FWIW we do a daily backup, but SOP is to backup before you touch anything, as the daily backup might just be a day old.
