Good idea, but if parents would just watch their own damn kids a program like this would not be necessary.

The "Devil's Night" phenomenon started out as an explosion of arson for profit about 30 years ago. It was the result of plummeting property values and a decline in sales. The most famous was a guy that that owned Federals Department stores. Aftert a rash of Jewish lightning striking his stores, he was finally arrested and convicted of arson. The concept took off and "Devil's Night" that year the city burned. Originally Devil's Night was a night of pranks. Mostly soaping windows, throwing eggs, and TP'ing landscapes. Now it just a way for the punks of Detoilet to stay warm.
