Randy Richardville is a Michigan Republican (state senator for the 17th District) that is blocking a widely supported bill from going to vote on the floor, SB-59. SENATE BILL No. 59 would allow permit holders (CPL) to be allowed to carry guns in the so-called “pistol-free zones” if they undergo an extra nine hours of training. They also would have to fire an extra 94 rounds
Yes the so called Second Amendment Republicans once again show their true colors.

@Cody....thanks for sharing that. It sucks they're blocking this, because I believe if you allow properly trained citizens to carry in these areas--which are the areas psychos usually attack--it could safe lives. I'm going to write a letter to Mr. Richardville; if it was a democrat, I wouldn't even waste my time!
