Come join fellow OC'ers for some good food and conversation:

When: November 24th 2012  11:00am

Who: Anyone!

What: Lunch

Where: Tony's Restaurant
             8781 Main St
         Birch Run, MI 48415
            (989) 624-5860
They do not sell alcohol so non-CPL OC'ers are good to go.


Look forward to seeing you there. Bring a friend, spouse or colleague along to educate them on OC. Please post a note if you are able to attend. I would like to give the restaurant a close head count a few days prior.

The OP is looking to be our Flint coordinator. He's done we'll to set this event up. I'd ask you to appreciate his efforts, good volunteers are hard to come by.

I must be losing my mind...I thought there was a thread on this previously and that I had replied to it.  Anway, yes, I will be there for lunch!  Good job putting this together Ken, we appreciate your efforts.  I PMed you my # so call me if there is anything I can do to help you.  My daughter will be with me that day too.  She is a long way from 18, so she won't be OC, but she will be there to answer any legal questions you may have on the subject  ;D

Nope... you aren't going crazy.. I remember replying to this topic. In fact the date was different before. Could have sworn it was around the 12th sometime.

Sorry guys, I had every intention of making the lunch today but suffering another massive gallbladder attack which only allowed me to get about 15 min of sleep last night.  I am trying to get in for surgery so it doesn't keep messing with my schedule like this  :(

Yes, it can be irritated by a poor diet of a lot of fat.  I have just about stopped eating the past month and a half and lost more than 25 pounds trying to keep it at bay until I can get surgery (no health insurance is making that a bit complicated).  I hope you guys had a great event, I missed two big events today and it's just getting old  :(  I drove to the store to get a prescription and didn't really even have any business behind the wheel that long!
