New video shows cops harassing man legally carrying gun

PHILADELPHIA police officers are supposed to be educated about civilian gun laws - especially since an expletive-laden altercation with a licensed gun owner ended up on YouTube last year and led to a $25,000 court settlement.

A new YouTube video shows two Philly cops antagonizing a man last week who was legally carrying a .40-caliber Glock on his hip as he headed to a Manayunk barbershop.

One officer wrongly tells Joshua Rodriguez, 22, that his ammunition is illegal. Another officer later tells the barber that Rodriguez has a gun.

In the video one of the officers says he stopped him just a few days ago.  Therefore, they know he has a license.  Why the production?

$25,000 later, some never learn.  Hopefully any judge takes the last case into consideration and the fact the PD didn't learn their lesson last time.  Hopefully the next guy takes it to trial and wins big.

One cop followed the OCer into the barber shop and tried to have the barber kick him out.  He had no business doing that.  The captain was making excuses for the cops.
