Even more reason to stand outside of these buybacks and "rescue" guns.

You wonder what goes through some people's minds.  "Oh, here's an old piece of crap gun from WWII."

And how is it the US owner never told anyone about it or what it was?  Baffling.  Last year my friend bought a box at an estate sale.  It had a WWII German Luger in great condition in it, plus an old silk 3rd National Flag of the Confederacy in pristine condition, a Nazi flag off of a ship, a French ensign, a Band Aid can full of German medals and adornment, and German money.

The Luger was made in 1942 and has matching numbers, even on the spare magazines.

He paid $95 for the box!
