But Brainless1911, err BroiledFrogs stood right up to MOC. But of course it's easy to oppose a bill that enhances the CPL when you're a criminal prohibited from obtaining one.

All of its member (not members) does opposse it, from what I read on another forum.

Any word on a CLSD position?

I think all but one of its 3 members are opposed. But I haven't seen anything official.

I am sure that the people who are against this bill have no legitimate reasons for doing so.

I'm not sure what the people who are against this have done? Have they organized? Do they have a leader organizing their efforts? Mailing lists?

Or are they a bunch if scattered individuals on the Internet simply griping?

I personally am very unorganized, all I have done is post my comments, which I guess you consider griping, and post a news story about SB59 to my Facebook page with no commentary on my part.
