Students should be allowed to carry guns on college campuses.  By all accounts this woman cooperated with her attacker.  After he was done with her, he took her out again to kill her.  That's when she decided to fight back and run.  It was a random attack, she did not know her attacker.

I and several of my friends did both OC and CC when we were students.  Needless to say, we never had any fear of a mass shooting and I don't think anyone else on campus ever did either.  We were there specifically to prevent it and I have to consider it mission accomplished.
