OC without CPL outside of gas station

Hey everyone, thanks for taking a look at my question. I know that you can't OC somewhere with a liquor license without a CPL, does this include the property? If I were to use a credit card to pay at the pump for gas, eliminating the need to go inside, would I still be breaking the law? I have a feeling I still wouldn't be able to OC, but i felt I should confirm just in case I was missing something. Thanks.

Regarding your specific question, since you can't carry inside your car without a CPL, you'd have to get out, arm up, pump gas, disarm, then get back in your car. Is that what you're asking?

According to the Michigan Liquor Control Commission, parking lots are not considered part of the premises, just the structures are.  However, I don't know if a gas station pumping pad would be considered a parking lot similar to Meijers.  Clearly it is not a structure, either.

Thanks for the responses. I know it seems like a hassle to arm up and then disarm, but I thought about it, and since I have an F150 with two tanks and I'm pumping for a while, living in a not so awesome area, I'd rather be able to protect myself just in case.
