New nationwide CC law proposed

To eliminate the patchwork of CC laws between states, U.S. Rep. Marlin Stutzman is sponsoring a bill requiring all states that allow CC to honor CC licenses from all other states.

If it's done like the last one, I'm not for it. The last one was another abuse of the commerce clause and left the door open to more restrictions when the pendulum inevitably swings the other way.

There is no Federal law on Driver License reciprocity -- it's a 50-state compact.

It's a 10th amendment thing, not a second.
