yet some people still claim to be "pro-gun democrats". you can't be pro-gun if you support a party that is hostile to gun rights.

Richard LeBlanc is very pro-gun.

Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va is "A"-rated by the NRA, yet he wants an "assault weapons ban" because he thinks guns are only for hunting.   ::)

but yet he chooses to represent a party that endorses gun control as part of it's platform? that really doesn't make any sense to me.

To be fair, there are a number of Republicans that seem anti-gun as well.

+1

There are even more "Anti-2A" Republicans in the closet!

Who do you suppose is holding up CC PFZ repeal? The anti-gun Democrat minority? No!

Don't even get me started on Snyder!

absolutely, but in general the republican party is much more friendly to the 2A these days than the democrats. but, if your party includes gun control in their party platform, it's hard to defend staying a member of that party if their view is in direct opposition to your own. i can't be a member of the communist party if i support the free market, right?

By the same means, you have Republicans that are in the wrong party because they are anti-gun, even if they agree with the rest of the party platform, just as the Democrats have pro-gun even if they agree with the rest of the Democrat platform.

We haven't had a two party system for some time. They are one of the same. And I believe just to keep the American public confused on what the hell is REALLY goin' on. Typical government politics. Just like we need to do something over in this part of Europe but we need to divert confusion in the middle east so the citizens don't really know whats goin' on. Did you watch the State of the Union? Sickening how all the representatives were falling over Obummer. And I don't think it was just for show and respect to the office. They all come from the same pile of BS!
