Does the gun have to be fully open or fully concealed if you have a CPL

Hey everyone! I was told that you have to have your gun fully out in the open or fully concealed (not partially) if you have a CPL....is this true?

Essentially no.

Unless you are in a restricted zone under MCL 28.425o, then it doesn't matter how much of your pistol is displayed. (if you have a CPL)

There is debate as to whether or not IWB (inside waistband) is open or concealed. Unfortunately, there is no legal answer for that yet.
