Armed Robber’s Widow Suing Store Clerk Who Shot and Killed Her Husband During Robbery Attempt

In New Mexico a widow is suing a store clerk who shot and killed her husband when he tried to rob a store in 2010.  When the robber pointed a gun at the clerk, the clerk killed the robber.  The widow claims that the clerk had no basis to believe that his life was in danger, and that the clerk bears more of the blame for her husband’s death than her armed husband does.
