Kid gets gun from one of two suspects and fires at them.

It doesn't mention if the kid had any training.

I wonder what NY is going to charge the kid with?

Discharging a firearm in the city.
Illegal possession of a firearm.
Attempted murder.
Disturbing the piece.
Assault.
Assault with intent to do great bodily harm.
Resisting arrest.
Brandishing.

There must be more.
