literally just heard about this from a co-worker..

wonder what type of situation this was.. they were old men.. maybe 1 man was just very wreckless, and the other was defending himself?

since they both had CPL's.. it's tough trying to determine if this was some justified defense case

According to the story, the guy behind was tailgating.  When the driver in front left the road and pulled into a parking lot, the guy behind followed, so I assume the guy behind "started it."

I hope it wasn't a case of someone just showing they were visibly armed like lifting up their shirt and intimidating the other, then the other thinking his life was in danger.  This is terrible news.

I hope to hear a full detailed story from one of the passengers.

I'm not sure why the detail of them having a CPL is super important. Maybe the media yet again is trying to demonize gun owners/CPL holders?

A badge or uniform doesn't make cops or soldiers any less fallible. They are human first and foremost, and there are bad apples in every orchard. They start off with clean backgrounds, and use guns too.

This is generally Bad news for Legal Cpl Holders and Gun Owners  as the Media will Say a "We told you So",and try to diminish the Right to Carry..This is a Very small Percentage of Owners and Cpl Holders. and should not reflect on all of Us, but in this Anti-gun climate it will take its Toll...This has more to do with Bad Driving Habits and less to do with Self-protection!
