Man shot when gun discharges in restroom; adds glory hole to his leg

ELIZABETHTOWN — A man left Fazoli's in an ambulance Sunday after suffering a gunshot wound.

He set his pistol on the toilet paper dispenser while using the restroom and it slipped off and shot him in the leg.

I'd like to know what POS gun it was. Michigander did it with a CZ.

This headline is about a firearm right?

I still don't understand why people feel the need to handle a firearm when they do not need to and are then surprised when they score a nd.

Why not?

People are likely to snag the trigger and that's usually how guns go off when dropped.  It's not that they fell and hit the floor and went off, it's because the person tried to stop it and hit the trigger in a panic.

I didn't get that part because of not being registered. I only got the part that said he shot himself when when he dropped his gun.

I just meant in general that's how it typically happens.  Most guns can be thrown off a building and not go off.  It's usually that they try to grab it and snag the trigger.  Of course to save further embarrassment they always say "it fell and went off"

That's all I have to say about that.
