I keep shooting low and to the left. I just moved the target down a little and to the left a little. All's good now.

Yes.  Its the black line between the you suck zones and the middle. Slightly more difficult to hit.
I could write something cliché and insightful, but that would be too cliché and insightful.

How big is this target, because...I need a further outer ring for my shots.  What would beyond "you suck" be? :)
