Presidential Library/Museum question

Are presidential Library/Museums federal property?  Where is the split between Ah Nab Awen Park in Grand Rapids and Gerald R Ford Museum?

The GRF is ran buy the Federal Govt, as to the boundary from the park to the museum land I am not sure.

Interesting.  Since presidential libraries are privately funded, I would have thought they'd be privately run, too.
