Recently, when I have gone into sporting goods stores I have seen plenty of boxes of 9mm. Different brands, different quantities, FMJ's JHP's of different brands it really seemed like things were getting back to normal. I still didn't see very much .22LR but at least 9mm was back on the shelves. I figured I could just go buy what I wanted when I wanted at this time.
I finally decided to change my carry ammo so I went to a local sporting goods store to go buy some. The last several times I have been in there they have had spear gold dot or federal HST(I think it was that store that would have HST too). I go in today and I don't see any 9mm. They had shelves of everything else, but no 9mm. I asked an employee and with a stupid look on his face, his hands up like he was begging for change and a rude tone of voice tell me that 9mm is impossible to find. It was like he wanted to say, "why would you expect to see 9mm on our shelves, DUH" But aside from his rude gesture and tone is 9mm impossible to find AGAIN?
I didn't bother going anywhere else because I needed to get home but REALLY, is 9mm hard to find again or what? No more shooting up my limited supply if I can't replenish it.
