I preordered 2, but never heard where or when we were supposed to send the money.  Where do I send it?  Is there a paypal, or paypal type of method? or can I just send a check somewhere?

For those who have pre-ordered only, you can go the original pre-order thread and there is a special order button there for you. Or, if you prefer you can mail the payment to our office. Please be sure to include an additional $2.00 per coin if you would like them shipped to you!
