it will go back to the 4473 you fill out when you buy a gun from a store. one question asks about illegal drug use, since its a fed form pot falls under such illegal drug.

personally idc what people do as long as they arent endangering me or my family.

Again, you're talking about Federal law. I'm talking about morality/"should" they be able to own guns?

What if they bought the gun used? They never filled out 4473.

What about if they didn't use when they bought the gun but do now?

I'm talking about morality here -- not laws.

i suppose so. they have rights much like we all do. if they lie on forms or purchase a gun knowing they arent supposed to have, thats on them not me

Legal Pot, Illegal pot, both easy as hell to get.

I definitely feel that people drinking with a firearm on them is way more dangerous than someone high off pot with a firearm.  I would take sitting with baked out guy with a 1911, over drunky with a knife.

People are so concerned about smoking dope and homos getting married that guns will be illegal before long, stay tuned.
