What language?

PHP. I'm proofing out a network mapping system using neo4j as the back end. Can be accessed both as a PHP library or as an API speaking JSON.

having dealt with programming in various languages, (java, html, python, C++, C#, and a few others) i found the english comment funny. i was not trying to troll.
