Idk whether to like what I just saw or not. Lol.
I think that distraction training is definitely the way to go. In real time, distractions all around can affect your overall performance. I've always liked the idea of an actual course to train in, complete with small explosions and alarms in your periphery. But involving the risk to real human tissue as part of training is what turns me off. I think that's where I'd draw the line.
I must say... the firearm emptied over the shooters shoulder was an interesting (and accurate) distraction. I liked that.
