Hello From Alpena.

I only became aware of this site yesterday, and I must say, I am impressed.

I've heard all the rumors and myths surrounding OC and CC. Its nice to know, there is a place to separate the fact from fiction. I have never open carried a firearm outside of the Military or DOC, and I'm starting to see the benefits of it, not just the draw, or deterrent factor, but the statement it makes as well.

I want to thank the authors and moderators and the site admin for an awesome job.

I will be reading much, much more.

I will definitley be attending then. I've open carried many times in performance of past duties, but love the idea of open carry as a private citizen. This has truly inspired me. Finally have a nice day here in Alpena, looks like a perfect day for an OC walk with the wife.

Welcome from Howell, you'll find that once you start OC'ing it just doesn't make much sense to CC anymore haha. If you have any questions there is definitely a wealth of knowledge in this organization.
