I didn't make it past the second sentence.

Quote
They are ostentatiously displaying their weapons, making sure that everyone notices them.

Well, we all know that a holstered handgun is not an ostentatious display (Jenny Granholm AG Option #7101). So the rest of the article is moot I guess.

This is Salon magazine, which is interesting when you trace it back up the line of who really owns it. This is opinion being put out as fact and using the prestige of the magazine to get folks to accept the idea with a passive aggressive argument. Is there the ability to put out the truth in either a mailer or other flyer to help address the out right lies in that article?

As noted NRA does NOT support OC (one of many reasons that the wife and I will NOT get NRA membership). Keep up the good fight and we are working hard on getting back to Michigan. Tuebor Libertatus -Michael

If ytou havent read the article, please do so AND the comments that follow--

Parents seem to be worried about the gun carriers or whatever it is they are worried about!!

What about their kids being exposed to, as noted in comments, breastfeeding or two guys sitting at the park or ballpark bleachers--kissing or more?? I wonder how many of those same parents would even notice or comment on the guys??

Chances are the kids have seen a brother/sister/cousin being fed naturally.

It also sounds like, from the article, that people are being shot by OCers every day cause someone looked crosseyed at the OCer!! When/where is that happening??
