Both the Brenneke Black Magic Short Magnum (2-3/4") and Magnum (3") are sold out of a lot of places, but some still have them. Prices vary wildly, but you'll pay about +/- $2 per shell. I've seen prices from $8.50 to $13 per box of five. Spendy, but I do need some slugs for my Benelli.
