Only problem where I'm at is that Texas Penal Code 46.02(a).99 states: "It is a defense to prosecution that the deceased actor of conflict possessed a firearm in a manner whereby it was displayed with the magazine parallel to the horizon, irregardless of the firearm's height above ground level, nor of the intent of the deceased actor, nor his IQ or ability to properly load, carry, or discharge said firearm."
