Trespassed in a public building for carrying?
« on: June 02, 2014, 04:03:43 PM »
MCRGO posted this in their monthly email update: MCRGO was in court last week in the case involving a member who was served a trespass notice for carrying in a local public building.

I can find nothing about this on their webpage.  I even looked on their fb page.  Anyone know any details?

MOC knows what is going on but neither organization is making public comments at this time. The situation is still developing.

I would also ask that if someone has information about the event, that you do not post about it.

But if someone is arrested, that is public knowledge, not privileged, and no attorney strategy would be revealed.
