Summer projects and OC don't mix well.
« on: June 04, 2014, 11:39:04 AM »
I'm working on some projects around the house. I open carry. I don't think much of it. It's there, I'm used to it there. I have two small children, therefore I NEVER just set it down.

Sunday project. Didn't realize my pistol was covered in dust until way late in the day.

Detail strip, clean, G2G.

Last night, I decided to take care of a mosquito problem with Ortho Bug-B-Gon.... and I'm an idiot.

Field strip, clean, G2G.

I gotta remember to conceal once in a while.

When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are in peace. Luke 11:21

Then He said to them, “But now, he who has a money bag, let him take it, and likewise a knapsack; and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one."  Luke 22:36

It's true. You have a Glock -- better options ARE available.

For a Glock, that's just a Saturday.

Now if you had an ALS, not only would your firearm NOT have any sawdust on it, it would have actually cleaned your house for you after finishing your projects while you watched top gear and drank iced tea.

You need some "Strike Hold" cleaner/metal conditioner.  Dust won't stick to it.  Nothing will.

At least it comes home. I don't know why though. You don't feed it very well.
