Then I found some dumbass attorney.

Then I got screwed.

Then I posted it on the forums.

And I still have my gun.

I'm sorry to hear that.  Without assigning blame to any party, you can't go through life fighting with people, especially your wife.  In general I am not in favor of divorce, but I believe there is a time for that sometimes.

Its not my wife. I come from a large family. several hundred at the reunion. Those are the ones i'm loosing. my wife is the only one that supports me. well. her and the police, but i don't exactly talk with them more than once every quarter year.

I feel if they can't accept you for who you are, as the person that your wife married and you only talk to them a few times a year don't worry about what they feel about it.

If you want do to something and can legally do it and are constantly around people that shun and point fingers at you, it might be time to find different people to associate with.  You might like some of the people but if they can't accept you then I don't see that they see you as a very good friend/acquaintance.
