Open carry doesn't mean you can go shooting your gun

I'm in Kansas City now for work, and--as reported in the MOC Newsletter--Kansas recently expanded preemption to cover open carry.  On the way into work this morning I heard a news story warning people that just because they can open carry everywhere now doesn't mean that they can shoot their guns off in the air.

See, it's the July 4 holiday weekend, and I guess the cops think that OCers in the city will turn it into a celebration resembling a middle-east wedding.   :rolling eyes:

Ill be sure to wildly shoot guns into the are with extreme caution.
